I’m sorry I wasn’t trying to be brutal, just my honest response, with feedback why I felt the way I felt. You have very interesting ideas, the execution just didn’t work for me, but may for others.

It’s okay 🙂 I appreciate the honesty. A lot of people have a tendency to keep the issues with my work to themselves so I don’t really know how to grow/work on my writing style. Reviews like this help me to really work on my prose in future books because I have an idea of the things I should keep an eye on etc. I appreciate the review more than you know 🙂
