Beverly is back and things are perhaps more intense than they were in the first book. Twelve years have past and she’s gone on with her life. New town, new home, new family. It seems she’s escaped the crimes of her past. Or has she?

The thing that I love the most about Sean McDonough’s writing is the way he gets you emotionally invested in the characters. I wanted to root against Beverly, but it was so easy to understand her motivations that I couldn’t help but root for her.

If you loved Beverly Kills, definitely don’t miss out on this sequel. This is one bloody series that you won’t forget!
